I am not a licensed medical or healthcare provider. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or psychological condition. My services are non-medical and are intended for wellness, education, and optimal functioning only. Please consult a licensed professional for any medical concerns.

I am not a licensed therapist or a certified craniosacral therapist. I offer services as a Craniosacral and Movement Practitioner with a background in developmental science, intuitive practice, and extensive hands-on experience.

My work is grounded in gentle, neurodevelopmental movement and stillness strategies that support the nervous system, motor skills, and whole-body integration. Everything I offer is rooted in continued study, observation, and practice — not medical diagnosis or traditional therapy.
